Susan's Cocktail Sauce
Start with the basics - ketchup and ground horseradish (fresh or bottled) and mix to your preferred "heat" level. Chop up 1/2 a red or white onion and one ripe (but still firm) avocado. Add to ketchup/horseradish and stir until mixed well. Add a healthy squeeze of lemon or lime - mix. Enjoy! This is a healthy, lowfat snack that satisfies.
