Killer Mac & Cheese
1 box curly pasta, cooked al dente
1/2 package Velveeta Cheese (LOVE Velveeta for mac 'n cheese0
1 8 oz. pkge shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 TB butter
8 oz. sour cream
1/3 to 1/2 cup half & half
In large pot, combine all ingredients (using only 1/3 cup half & half) but pasta. Cook over medium heat, stirring for about 10 minutes or until heat through and all cheese is melted.
Once heated through, add cooked/drained pasta and mix gently. continue to heat to desired temperature. If not serving immediately, pour killer mac into a crock pot and leave on medium low heat. It can stay heated in crock pot for several hours - although it probably will be consumed quickly!
