Green beans are out in force right now and so appealing! Here is a fabulous way to prepare them. Heat up a large, non-stick pan (medium high heat). Add enough CGD to coat the pan. Heat a few minutes. Add washed and trimmed green beans. Cook in pan - tossing or flipping every few minutes. Cook until beans can be pierced with a fork, about 10 minutes. Some beans will be browned. I like mine blackened and cook a bit longer. When done to your preference, turn off heat, let sit for a few minutes and enjoy! Crazy good!!!!!
