![]() This salad is delicious, healthy, versatile and can help you drop a few pounds! Beans and vegetables are so good for your body and so delicious you will want to eat this all the time - I did and dropped 10 LBS without changing anything else. One key is my dressing I sell - CGD - so email and I can get it to you. Susan's Bean and Kale Salad - makes enough for a couple of dinners. Ingredients: NOTE - add any additional vegetables desired. I also sometimes add left over chicken or steak. So good. 2 cans chickpeas, drained and rinsed 2 cans black beans, drained and rinsed 1 cup Marconi's hot giardiniera or another spicy Italian "relish" mixture (available in most grocery stores) 1 bunch kale, washed 1 avocado, cu into bite-sized pieces 3 TBS chopped cilantro 2 green onions, chopped 1/3 cup chopped jalapeno's (optional) Susan's GCD - or another dressing Cut the ribs out of the kale and chop into bite-sized pieces. Combine all ingredients but dressing and mix well. Add CGD until coated and mix again. Enjoy!!!!!
