Traditional Potato Salad – Delicious white skin-on potatoes prepared with mayonnaise, chopped egg and green onion salad accented with salt & pepper.
Green Onion/Olive Oil Potato Salad – Terrific, lighter version of mayo-based potato salad. This is a tasty combination of red skin-on potatoes, olive oil, vinegar and green onion.
Crab-Stuffed Twice Baked Potatoes – Large baked potato, stuffed with cheese, crab, green onions and “secret” spices. Large enough be an entrée if desired.
Traditional Potato Skins – Potato skins fried and smothered in cheddar cheese and bacon. Topped with chopped green onion.
Loaded Smashed Potatoes
Chopped Salad – Iceberg lettuce, eggs, cheese, bacon, onions, tomatoes chopped into bite-sized pieces and covered in a light vinaigrette dressing.
Crazy Mixed-Up Salad – Simply fabulous salad that combines everything good! Boiled potatoes, arugula, capers, onions, olives, tomatoes, cucumbers, portabella mushrooms, feta cheese and grilled or boiled shrimp dressed in a vinaigrette dressing. A must-try. *Shrimp can be omitted if desired.
Cranberry Tuna Salad – Delicious combination of tuna, lite mayo, dried cranberries & onion.
Salad Nicoise – Traditional combination of tuna, potatoes, olives, onions, green beans and chopped eggs in a vinaigrette dressing
Chicken Salad – White meat chicken, onions, chopped pecans, mayo and spices.
